On Monday the 10^th of March, Minerals West Coast’s manager, Patrick Phelps, and policy adviser, Bernie Napp, addressed parliament’s Finance and Expenditure committee to discuss Minerals West Coast’s submission on the committee’s inquiry into banking competition.
